Returns and Refunds

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Boxy Art. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality printing services through our partnership with POD Partners.

We understand that occasionally, issues may arise with orders, and we are committed to resolving them promptly and fairly. Please review the following returns and refund policy regarding our services:

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. 2. Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that we make an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please notify us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct the mistake by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Lost Orders:

If your order is lost in transit and does not reach you within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Unclaimed Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the delivery is unclaimed, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

Change of Mind or Buyer's Remorse:

Please note that we do not typically accept returns or provide refunds for orders due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a £7 handling fee on all refunds, while exchanges are free. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
